Summary
The Bruker Avance NEO 400 NMR Spectrometer features a 9.4 Tesla/400MHz standard bore Ultrashield magnet and capacity for three channels - 2H/1H(19F)/BB. Topspin 4.0 software is used for data acquisition and processing. This instrument is intended to be used by students and other researchers. Staff will provide training and assistance with initial methods implementation, and will configure the instrument and assist with special projects as required. Extensive methods development may be subject to an hourly staff charge. Instrument features include:
- LN2-cooled broadband Prodigy Probe
- BCU-I chiller for VT experiments in the -20 °C to +80 °C range.
- Insight MR flow cell for reaction kinetics
- SampleCase 24-sample changer
The NEO 400 was acquired 2018. Information on acknowledging funding and staff assistance for this instrument can be found on this page.
