
Summary
The Varian VXR-300 and 400 are used for routine 1D 1H/13C characterization experiments. The VXR-400 has a tunable X channel and can be used for 31P, 11B and 13C experiments. The VXR-300 is only used for 1D 1H/13C, and it is also available as a walk-on instrument 24/7. These probes do not feature variable temperature capabilities and they are only available for 1D experiments.

Rates
This instrument is intended to be used by students and other researchers. Staff will provide training and some initial methods development assistance, and will configure the instrument and assist with special projects as required. The hourly rates are listed below. NOTE: There is a minimum billable increment of twelve minutes.
